Preparation time: 10mins Serves: 4 Ingredients: 2 cans of chickpeas (drained and rinsed) 4 diced tomatoes Juice of 1 Lemon A handful of fresh herbs (chives, mint, parsley) Pinch of paprika Pinch of cumin 3 table spoons of Goch Bird’s Twist Chilli Sauce Method: Mix all the ingredients in a large non metallic bowl.
