This recipe was influenced by a busy home/work life and to ensure a healthy start to the day, this great-tasting smoothie was 'birthed' in our kitchen. It's quick, easy and healthy and our bananas never go to waste. Great for breakfast but especially lovely on hot summer days with a handful of crushed ice.
