Ingredients: Organic June Berries, Organic Hibiscus Petals, Apple Cider Vinegar, Cane Sugar

Taste Profile: Bright berry sweetness, light floral hibiscus notes, crisp, refreshing acidity and smooth, balanced finish. A refined fusion of fruit and botanical sharpness with a luxurious ruby hue.

Serving suggestions:

As a Dressing: Drizzle over rocket, feta and walnut salad. Perfect with roasted vegetables or grilled halloumi. Adds brightness to grain bowls and heritage tomato salads.

As a Glaze: Brush over grilled chicken, duck breast or lamb. Reduce slightly for a glossy BBQ glaze.

As a Shrub Spritz: Mix 25ml shrub with sparkling water or tonic over ice. Add prosecco or gin for a sophisticated summer spritz. Garnish with an orange slice and fresh mint.
